All agreements entered into on this site, are concluded with sjoot.dk aps. (referred to as SJOOT or SJOOT.DK below), CVR36987731 on one side, and you as an individual on the other.

Payment & Billing

On SJOOT.dk you can choose to pay by credit card, mobile pay or by bank transfer.
Payment by credit card
If you pay with a debit card, all data is sent in connection with the acquisition encrypted. This means that only NETS / PBS and Euroline / SEB Bank in charge of the payment systems in all Nordic countries will have access to this data. Sjoot.dk cannot see your card details.
We will in every case not charge your credit card when the goods are shipped from our warehouse. If it is sold out, we will inform you immediately, without any charges for you..

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, the amount shall be paid into account:

You should be aware that the product will not be dispatched until we have received your payment. Therefore we kindly ask you to inform us by mail mail@sjoot.dk should you chose payment by bank transfer.
Please include your name and order number in the transfer so we know that it is YOU who transferred the money. All necessary information is sent in the order confirmation you receive on your mail, after you have ordered.
All prices on SJOOT.dk are incl. Danish VAT (25%), unless otherwise indicated.

Safety of payment

When you shop at SJOOT.dk, you are always protected against abuse of your card information. We use SSL encryption on our payment page, which means that your card information will be encrypted through a secure connection. SSL encryption is the safest to date solution available compared to encrypt data and is used by all major payment institutions.
You can see that the secure connection is established by the emergence of a padlock at the bottom of the status bar of your browser and that iso. “http”, “https” occur, where the s stands for “secure”. It is only on the side where the card details are entered, you can see the padlock and the s. The above are legal requirements and must apply to all online stores, you act on. Always make sure that these two indicators are present, when you shop online.
We use payment solution Epay that is PCI certified by VISA / MasterCard. This means that no less than 200 points of safety issues will be achieved. Epay is a payment solution that works exactly like a card terminal – but on a webpage. It can thus be described as a virtual sales payment terminal.
The external company FortConsult certifies companies that sell payment. The scanner regularly ePay system for security vulnerabilities and once a year they spend a lot of time and resources trying to hack ePay system. This cooperation with FortConsult guarantees that safety is always extremely high, and that the system is constantly updated. With Epay you as a customer always can feel confident when you use your card online.

Shipping & Delivery

You will be charged a delivery fee of DKK 59. for all orders. If you buy for more than DKK. 500,- we pay the freight.
All items ordered on weekdays before noon, will be shpped the coming workday. Logo balls, however 3 working days from the receipt of your (approved) logo design. However, there may be periods of holidays and vacations, where there will be a longer delivery time. Therefore please ask in advance when it comes to ordering logo balls..
You can only order products that are on stock. It will appear on the site if they are sold out, and when new stock is available.

Cancellation

If you regret your purchase or for other reasons would like to have swapped your item, we grant you up to 30 days from the receipt of the goods, to return it to us. The product must be returned in the same condition as when you received it – unwrapped and undamaged. This applies to both the product itself and possible original packaging, manual, and the like that may be provided. If this is not fulfilled, a cancellation cannot be accepted without a fee.
For security reasons we only refund amounts paid by you to the same credit card / account where we received the payment from.
If you want to return an item, please send an email to mail@sjoot.dk. Remember to state your order number and your return date.
You can also return the product and cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the goods.

Guarantee & Warranty

You have a 2 year warranty from receipt of your item. This means that you as a customer can get the product repaired or replaced, ultimately get your money back or get a reduction in price depending on the specific situation. This is of course subject to whether the claim is justified. It is a condition that the damage / fault is not caused by your incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.
The following items are not covered by warranty:
Defects caused by abuse, accidents, neglect, normal wear and tear, abuse and wrong use of all and any kind.
If you wish to complain about a product, please fill out a complaint form which can will be emailed to you upon request If the complaint is not justified, you will be charged a fee of DKK. 75.which is to be paid before the goods are returned. The amount will cover the shipping costs.

Privacy

To enter into an agreement with SJOOT.dk via the website, you must register with the following personal information:
– Name
– Address
– Phone number
– Email address
We record the above personal information for the purpose of delivering your product. Personal information registered with SJOOT.dk will be stored for maximum of 5 years, after which all data will be deleted. When collecting personal information through our website, we ensure that it always happens with your consent, so that you are informed of exactly what information is collected and why.
We store or transmit customer information encrypted. Information provided to SJOOT.dk are NOT disclosed or sold in any way to third parties, and we record any sensitive personal information.
As registered with SJOOT.dk you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information recorded about you. You have these rights as per the Personal Data Protection Act. So please contact us at mail@sjoot.dk if you disagree with any of the listed terms.
Payment by credit card is done through NETS / PBS and Euroline / SEB Bank. Card information submitted on Sjoot.dk, secured with a SSL encryption and is always sent through a secure connection. Read more under “Safety of payment” for more information. Neither Sjoot.dk or others have the opportunity to access these data.

Log statistics

There is used log statistics on SJOOT.dk, which means that a statistical system collects information that can give a statistical picture of how many visitors a website has had, where they come from, what part of the site they visited etc.
On SJOOT.dk log statistics are used to optimize the website and its functionality.

The use of cookies

Cookie is a term for any i-net-user’s behavior on a network registered with the user (the user’s hard drive). In this way the server (eg. a website) will recognize the user’s next visit on the same website. There is not stored personal identifiable information in a cookie, but rather information about user behavior on a website.

Copyrights and patents

SJOOT is a registered trademark – nationally and internationally, and we reserve all rights. It is not without our prior written consent allowed to use our name or logo in any context.
We have taken all reasonable commercial measures to ensure that the products do not infringe any third party patents, designs, trademarks, copyrights or other rights, but we cannot guarantee this and cannot accept any liability for such violations regardless of how this might occur .

Product Liability

Product responsibility lies basically in SJOOT.dk. In cases where SJOOT.dk may be liable to the buyer, the liability is limited to the direct losses which may not be calculated at the price. SJOOT.dk is not responsible for any consequential, indirect losses, including lost earnings, for business interruption, for lack of functionality, or any loss beyond our control. SJOOT.dk can never be held liable for the buyer’s responsibility to its customers, ie to a third party user.

Governing law

All purchases and other transactions made at SJOOT.dk must be made in accordance with Danish law and consumer protection rules. Neither the International Sale of Goods (CISG) or other common European legislation will apply. In consumer contracts statutory conditions applies regardless of where the consumer resides. Proper venue shall at all times be SJOOT.dk’s home jurisdiction or the consumer court.
Should there be subsided purchase of persons pursuant to these Terms and Conditions SJOOT.dk’s registered office will always apply as venue for legal disputes, including SJOOT.dk’s usual trade terms, retail contracts, and provisions concerning payments and expenses. SJOOT.dk may choose to bring proceedings before the Customer’s venue, if desired.
For all disputes and legal disputes with companies or legal parties in accordance with these Terms or subsequent individual agreements, Danish law is applicable.

All agreements are made in Danish.
All prices listed on SJOOT.dk are in DKK, in current prices and are updated regularly.
If you lose your order confirmation or invoice you can request a new one by contacting our customer service.
